You could use a travel agent to for your accommodation and flights or you could do it yourself online, the choice is yours.

On flights, it appears that three airlines operate the Johannesburg-Kigali route. They are SAA, Kenya Airways and Rwanda Air and you are free to use an airline of your choice.
